How do I book a tour?
You can book directly via WhatsApp, filling out the form on this page, or by email. We confirm availability in less than 1 hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance get a 100% refund. Between 48h and 24h, 50%. Less than 24h no refund, except for weather reasons where we reschedule at no cost.
What is included in the tours?
All our tours include hotel pickup, certified bilingual guide, road assistance insurance and snacks. Some tours include lunch and specific tickets — check each tour page.
Do you offer tours in English or Portuguese?
Yes, we offer certified guides in English and Portuguese. Please let us know your preferred language when booking so we can assign the right guide.
Can you create a custom tour?
Of course! We design tailor-made experiences for families, couples, companies or groups. Share your interests, dates and budget and we will send you a proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, WebPay (Chilean credit/debit cards), PayPal and Wise for international payments. We issue formal invoice or receipt as needed.
